Healthy, yummy, filling
The weather is getting warmer! The sun is shining brightly, a little too brightly sometimes, and the days are getting longer (which confuses me because it’s such a sudden change).
Anyway, it was quite warm the other day and I’ve been feeling a bit heaty so I wanted something cool for dinner. Plus, I’m busy with uni work so I wanted something quick and simple.
Enter…cold soba noodles! This is a go-to meal for me and my younger brother GC because we both love soba, and it’s so incredibly quick and easy. I only took about 10 minutes to make this!
Anytime you need a quick meal, this is the way to go. Healthy and yummy!
